ARE YOU ATTENDING THE DODGE NHRA FINALS?

The Dodge NHRA Finals presented by Pennzoil weekend scheduled for October 30 - November 1, 2020 is on schedule.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway has received permission to allow fans at a reduced capacity to attend the Dodge NHRA Finals as well as limited RV camping. If approved, the grandstands and suites at the Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will be open to race fans subject to social distancing requirements and additional health and safety protocols.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s modified protocols will include: social distancing in the grandstands and concession lines; enhanced cleaning and sanitization in high-touch, high-traffic public areas; added hand-sanitizer stations; face coverings, limited guests in suites; limited RV camping and temperature checks.

Existing Dodge NHRA Finals ticketholders should complete the form below to start their exchange process. If you wish to forego attending the Dodge NHRA Finals, please fill out the form so you can receive a 100% credit or refund. New customers can purchase tickets.

All tickets will be re-issued electronically once your new seats have been placed in your account. You will be notified via email when your tickets are ready to access via your LVMS Ticket Account. This process does take some time so please be patient as we work through the accounts.

NOTICE OF RISK AND POLICIES

Las Vegas Motor Speedway (the “Speedway”) has taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, drivers, crew, vendors, employees and other guests. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, including the Speedway and the event for which you are purchasing admission.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  People who show no symptoms may spread COVID-19 if they are infected and therefore any event where people are present may pose heightened risk of contracting COVID-19.  If you are considered a high-risk person as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), you may be especially vulnerable to COVID-19.  You should evaluate your own risk in determining whether to attend any public event including the event at the Speedway for which you are purchasing admission.

As a condition of admission to this event at the Speedway you will be required to abide by all current facility rules, posted instructions, and protocols while on premises or risk ejection, including, but not limited to the following, which may be periodically revised in accordance with public health guidance or requirements, or other guidance or requirements:

  • Guests the age of 2 and older are required to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose, except when eating or drinking.  Also, you are not required to wear a mask if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing one; if you have a medical condition or disability that does not allow you to remove a face mask without assistance, you should wear a non-restrictive alternative such as a face shield, if possible.  Additional guidelines regarding wearing a mask may be provided.  
  • Guests may be required to submit to a non-contact temperature check prior to entry.
  • Guests may be presented with a brief questionnaire prior to entry to confirm that they are not currently experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms and/or have not been recently exposed to the virus which causes COVID-19.
  • Guests must maintain a distance of at least 6 feet between their travel party and others.
  • Guests are reminded to wash their hands frequently with soap and water.
  • For guests who may need an accommodation in order to comply with any facility rules and/or protocols, please contact our guest services team for further information.
  • In addition, to further protect the health and safety of our guests and employees, you will not be admitted to the Speedway and you should stay home if within past fourteen (14) days you have:
    • Tested positive or have been deemed presumptively positive with COVID-19;
    • Sought testing to determine whether you might have COVID-19 due to contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, and have not yet received the results;
    • Been informed that you may have been exposed to Coronavirus or learned that you have been in the immediate vicinity of a person now known to have been carrying the Coronavirus; or
    • Experienced any of the following symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19, including cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, OR two or more of any of the following: fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.

WAIVER - ASSUMPTION OF RISK

We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to make the guest experience as safe as possible for all. Although preventative measures set forth by the facility are intended to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.

By purchasing tickets to and/or attending this event at the Speedway you acknowledge the risks above.  You also acknowledge notice of and agree to follow all facility rules, posted instructions, and protocols. You also agree to notify all guests for whom you are purchasing tickets of the instructions and protocols disclosed here, those that may be made publicly available for the event, and those that may be conveyed prior to your party’s arrival.  You acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily assuming all risks of exposure to COVID-19 and agree to release, waive and discharge Las Vegas Motor Speedway, its parent entities, and all related and affiliated individuals and entities, and all individuals and entities involved in the event at the Speedway which you are attending, from all claims directly or indirectly arising from your visit to the Speedway, which in any way arise from or are related to COVID-19.

Tickets

IF I HAVE MY TICKETS, CAN I USE THOSE FOR ENTRY?

If you have tickets for the Dodge NHRA Finals on Oct. 30–Nov. 1, you will be unable to use those physical tickets as we are changing to a digital ticket system. Please note that it is likely your seat/RV space will be reassigned as we must maintain social distance. Please download the LVMS App as your digital tickets will be placed in your LVMS account. You will receive an email when your tickets are ready to download.

For those unable to attend the Dodge NHRA Finals at The Strip, please call our ticket office at 800-644-4444 to request a credit or a refund.

WHAT IF I ALREADY REQUESTED A CREDIT OR REFUND?

If you have previously filled out the Intent to Attend Form on-line and requested a credit or a refund, there is nothing else for you to do at this time. An agent will be processing your request so please be patient as we work through this process.

HOW WILL MY TICKETS BE DELIVERED?

All tickets for this event will be accessed via smartphone or LVMS mobile app. Las Vegas Motor Speedway will provide info to all ticketholders on how to access these digital tickets on your mobile device. Traditional paper tickets or PDF tickets will not be accepted at the ticket gates.

I LOVE MY SEAT LOCATION. WILL THOSE BE AVAILABLE?

With social distancing measures in place, we will do our best to seat you in a location similar to where you had previously purchased.

I HAD PURCHASED BOTH CAMPING AND TICKETS. WHAT DO I DO?

I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE DODGE NHRA FINALS, SO WHY CAN'T I SEE THEM?

You will receive an email with instructions on how to download your digital tickets when your seats are assigned. Please be patient, we’re working as fast as we can giving each fan’s account the necessary attention it deserves.

WILL FANS BE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS?

Fans are required to wear a face mask at all times. Fan can take off their face mask when they are eating or drinking.

HOW WILL SEATS BE SPACED OUT? WILL SOCIAL DISTANCING BE ENFORCED?

Las Vegas Motor Speedway will assign seats adhering to social distancing protocols that follow all CDC guidelines.

HOW WILL SAFETY BE MAINTAINED REGARDING RESTROOMS AND CONCESSIONS?

Las Vegas Motor Speedway's modified protocols will include:

  • Social distancing in concession lines
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitation in high-touch, high-traffic public areas
  • Added hand-sanitizer stations
  • Restrooms will have a one-way traffic flow and limited capacity

Please note: Cash will not be accepted at this event; however, credit, debit and Square will be the accepted forms of payment at concessions and souvenir locations. Speedway Motorsports and NHRA will continue to adapt and improve procedures to ensure they are effective and can be scaled to support increasing the number of fans in the future.

WILL FANS BE ABLE TO GO IN THE PIT AREA?

The Strip Pits & Paddock Area will be open with additional social distancing protocols in place. There will be no autograph sessions during the weekend.

WILL THE MIDWAY AREA BE OPEN?

Yes. The Midway will have limited exhibits and souvenir opportunities.

Entry

IS THERE A CLEAR BAG POLICY?

Fans will be allowed to bring one bag that is a soft-sided clear bag no larger than 14" x 14" x 14".

* Las Vegas Motor Speedway limits the size and type of bags that may be brought inside the Speedway gates. Each guest is permitted to carry in ONE CLEAR BAG MEASURING NO LARGER THAN 14" x 14" x 14". A small purse/clutch also may be brought in providing it is no larger than 4" x 6". All bags will be inspected upon entry. All styles of clear bags are acceptable providing they meet the size requirements. These include clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, clear backpacks, Ziploc bags, etc.

WHICH ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE GATES?

  • Alcoholic beverages (not permitted to enter or exit the gates)
  • Backpacks or any bag larger than 14" x 14" x 14"
  • Balloons and beach balls
  • Confederate Flags (includes all RV lots and parking areas)
  • Coolers
  • Drones or any type of radio controlled flying device
  • Fireworks
  • Folding chairs
  • Glass or can containers
  • Grills
  • Golf carts, hover boards, quads, UTVs, SxS, scooters, skateboards, Segways, dirt bikes or any other similar personal transportation devices (including licensed vehicles that may be street legal)
  • Illegal drugs
  • Noisemakers or horns
  • Pets (except for service animals)
  • Scaffolds
  • Stadium seats wider than 18 inches or with arms
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Any items which pose a safety hazard or can diminish the enjoyment of the event by other guests.

Prohibited items discovered during security inspections at the speedway entrances must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded. Unlawful items discovered during security inspections are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of those items is subject to arrest. Any prohibited item discovered inside the speedway is subject to confiscation.

WHERE WILL FANS PARK? IS IT FREE?

Free parking will be available in the Blue Lot across from the main gate. There will be no shuttles or trams for this event.

CAN FANS BRING COOLERS WITH THEIR OWN FOOD & DRINKS?

No coolers are permitted in the grandstand seating areas at LVMS. Fans are allowed to bring in:

  • One (1) non-alcoholic beverage per guest. Beverage may not exceed 20 ounces and must be contained in a plastic sports bottle, plastic cup, or metal tumbler. No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the gates at LVMS.
  • One (1) food item per guest. Examples include a sandwich, crackers, chips OR fruit. Family-sized bags of food are not permitted.

Other items in the judgment of speedway management or security staff which pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of the event by other patrons are also prohibited.

WHAT CONCESSION OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

There will be limited concession options available. We will adhere to a grab-and-go style offering. Cash will not be accepted at this event, however; credit, debit and Square will be the accepted forms of payment at concessions and souvenir locations.
