Suites

Main Gates and Suite Level open at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, and 7 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 20.

Suites are located above the Main Grandstands on two different levels (100 level & 200 level: see Suite Location Map). Enter through the main gates to access the Suite Check-In locations near Elevators 3 & 6 prior to heading up to your suite for the day.

Suite guests should park in the Shell Rotella VIP Lot 4, located across Checkered Flag Lane outside of Turn 1 (see Suite Parking & Check-In Map). A parking pass is required to gain access to this lot. Each suite holder has an allotment of parking passes to share with guests.

Upon arrival, bring your daily Suite Pass to one of our Suite Check-In locations at Elevators 3 and 6 behind the Main Grandstands to receive your daily access wristband (see Suite Parking & Check-In Map). Be sure to bring the correct daily pass, or you will not be allowed access to your suite.

All food and beverage must be ordered directly from Levy Restaurants on Suite-Level. You may not bring any food or beverages through the gates, up the elevators or into your suite. There will be no exceptions. Two Victory Lane Lounges, where guests can purchase additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, will be located on the suite levels in Suites 111 and 236.

For suites that have ordered food and beverage packages, snacks will be available all day with starters being served by 1:30 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday. Main Serve will take place between 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on Sunday.

Your Suite ticket includes access to the Neon Garage, Pit Road Viewing Area, and Victory Lane Viewing Area. On Sunday, your Suite Ticket also serves as a Pre-Race Track Pass to access the pre-race festivities on the frontstretch.

To access the infield from Suite Level, take the Pedestrian Tunnel located under the Main Grandstands between Elevator Towers 4 and 5 to the infield.

In the case of emergencies, please contact 702-632-8100 or 702-632-8101 and on-site emergency personnel will be dispatched. In case of emergency, look for any uniformed police or security or any LVMS staff member to alert emergency personnel via radio.

A maximum of two bags per person are permitted through the ticket gates. 

Clear bags are recommended but not required. Fans are encouraged to bring their personal items in clear bags no larger than 18x18x14 inches. A ‘clear-bag express line’ will be available at the ticket gates for quicker screening of people who use clear bags. 

Fans are permitted to bring items in non-clear bags such as backpacks or tote bags as long as those bags are no larger than 18x18x14 inches. All bags will be inspected upon entry.

• Aerosol cans (with the exception of sunscreen, sun block, hand sanitizer and bug spray)
• Alcoholic beverages (not permitted to enter or exit the gates)
• Any bag larger than 18x18x14 inches
• Any firearm or illegal weapons
• Collapsible chairs
• Confederate Flags (includes all RV lots and parking areas)
• Coolers
• Dry Ice
• Drones or any type of radio-controlled flying device
• Fireworks
• Folding chairs
• Frisbees, balloons, beach balls, footballs, or any other projectile sports-balls, etc.
• Glass or ceramic containers
• Golf carts, hoverboards, quads, UTVs, SxS, scooters, skateboards, Segways, dirt bikes or any other similar personal transportation devices (including licensed vehicles that may be street-legal)
• Illegal drugs/substances of any kind
• Knives longer than 3 inches in length when closed or longer than 6 inches in length when open
• Laser pointers, noise-makers, air-horns
• Monopods, tripods and selfie-sticks
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Pets (except for service animals)
• Seat cushions with armrests
• Stadium seats wider than 18 inches or with arms
• Umbrellas
• Wagons that are not collapsible
• Any items which pose a safety hazard or can diminish the enjoyment of the event by other guests
