Court Connell and Robert Smotherman can call themselves Bullring points leaders again after the fifth racing weekend at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway short track.

Connell finished second to Jason Kiser in the NASCAR Super Stocks feature on Pack the Track Night on Saturday and holds a 92-90 advantage over previous leader Johnny Spilotro heading into this weekend's Military and Veterans Appreciation Night presented by Lucas Oil. Smotherman, the reigning Skid Plate Car class champion, stands atop his division with a 56-53 margin over James Brazzeal after a runner-up finish of his own at the 3/8-mile paved oval on Saturday.

Two-time track champion Aaron McMorran swept the NASCAR Grand American Modifieds and NASCAR Bombers races to maintain his points leads in those divisions, while Peyton Saxton remains atop the NASCAR Grand American Modifieds standings after a pair of features over the weekend.

The USLCI Legends, Thunder Cars and Bandoleros did not run on Pack the Track Night, so those classes' points did not change. Tyler Fabozzi (USLCI Legends), Ron Reed (USLCI Thunder Cars), Camden Larsen (USLCI Bandolero Outlaws) and Braden Connor (USLCI Bandolero Bandits) lead their respective divisions' standings heading into this weekend's action.

Drivers will earn points through Championship Night on Oct. 7, when nine divisional track champions will be crowned.
