The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is scheduled to host two NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series events in 2022, the National Hot Rod Association announced Wednesday.
The NHRA Four-Wide Nationals is slated for April 1-3, and the Dodge//SRT NHRA Nationals presented by Pennzoil — part of the NHRA Countdown to the Championship — is planned for Oct. 27-30. The Strip at LVMS is one of just three drag strips, along with Pomona, Calif., and Charlotte's zMax Dragway, scheduled to host two NHRA national events in 2022.
The NHRA Four-Wide Nationals is slated as the fourth of 22 series events and will be televised on the FOX family of networks.
The Dodge//SRT NHRA Nationals presented by Pennzoil is the penultimate NHRA event of the season and has been the site where a number of drivers have clinched world championships.
